Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the beauty products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in the provided shipping box along with the packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
